Privacy

How Klevra handles your data.

Last updated 19 August 2026

This is the Klevra marketing site. It is mostly static pages, it asks you for nothing, and it collects very little. What little it does is set out below.

Who is responsible

The controller for the data described here is the company named in our legal notice, registered in Romania. Its address, registration number and tax identification are listed there in full. Legal notice

What is processed

Three things, and nothing else:

  • Standard server logs kept by the provider that hosts this site: your IP address, the browser you used, the page you asked for and when. They exist so pages can be served and so abuse can be spotted, and we do not use them to build a profile of you.
  • One cookie holding the language you chose. Nothing about you is in it.
  • If you write to us, your address and whatever you put in the message, for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange.

What is not processed

There is no contact form, no newsletter and no account on this site. The free QR generator runs entirely in your browser: the link you type is never sent to us, so there is nothing for us to hold, lose or hand over.

Why we are allowed to

Serving and protecting the site is our legitimate interest, and it cannot be done without logs. The language cookie is there because you asked for that language. Correspondence is handled so we can reply to you.

How long it is kept

Server logs are held briefly by our host and then discarded. The language cookie lasts up to a year, or until you clear it. Emails are kept while the conversation is live and for as long afterwards as we may need to refer to it.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider processes the logs on our behalf, under contract, and nobody else. We do not sell data, we do not share it for advertising, and there are no advertising or analytics companies involved in this site at all. We will name our processors on request.

The app is a separate matter

Creating an account takes you to the Klevra app, which does process real data: your account, your menu, orders placed at your tables and payments taken through them. That is governed by its own privacy policy, not this one. app.klevra.co/legal/privacy

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

  • tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy
  • correct anything that is wrong
  • delete it
  • stop processing it, or object to how we do

You can also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP, or to the authority where you live.

Updates

If what we do here changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
