Orders without commission
The orders you take yourself, at the table and at the counter.
"No commission" is a phrase anyone can print, so here is the number first: we keep between 0.5% and 1% of payments taken online, depending on the plan, and nothing at all on cash or on cards tapped at your own counter. Then the plan, from €19 a month per location. That is the whole invoice.
What you actually pay
A monthly plan per location and a percentage on online payments only. Nothing per order, nothing per guest, nothing per table, and no charge that scales with how busy Friday was.
- From €19 per location per month. Each location picks its own plan and is billed separately.
- 0.5% to 1% on payments taken online, depending on the plan.
- Cash and payments at your own counter cost nothing.
- Your guests never pay us anything. No service fee, no per-order surcharge.
- No setup fee, no contract, no hardware. Cancelling happens in the dashboard.
What we do not touch
Our fee sits on top of your own payment processing; we never touch the rates you negotiated and we do not save you card fees, whatever anyone else tells you. The till is yours too. At settlement your waiter registers the sale where they register it today and the receipt prints from your own system, exactly as before.
Keeping the customer
An order that comes through your own menu is yours. You know what was ordered and what it earned, the guest is on your premises rather than on someone’s marketplace, and nobody is between you and them deciding how prominently you appear. Reports are on every plan, with a CSV export, so the numbers stay yours as well.
What this does not solve
Klevra has no delivery. There are no couriers, and it is not a substitute for a delivery platform. If part of what you sell leaves the building and goes to somebody’s house, you need something else for that part, and this page is not about it. What it covers is the ordering you do yourself: at the table, on the terrace, at the counter, and for collection.
Klevra does not deliver. We do not carry food to anyone’s home and we do not stand in for a platform that does, so this page is strictly about the orders you take yourself. There is also no direct connection to till systems today, so the sale is still registered by hand, once per table, at settlement.
